My Story

I have specialized, continuously, in the Akaroa and Banks Peninsula region since 1990, and accordingly gained a wealth of local knowledge and an intimate understanding of the market conditions affecting that area.

One of New Zealand’s most beautiful and pristine locations, Akaroa attracts buyers from around New Zealand and across the globe (currently more restricted with the Bright Line legislation!), I’m able to and enjoy interacting with a broad range of people. Property is an industry where market conditions change frequently, trends come and go, and the tools and resources available to help agents adapt and move forward rapidly are all available to me. The one constant we can look forward to, is change will occur and that I’ve “been there before” successfully helping my clients through to their desired aims.

I’m blessed to have created meaningful relationships with many of my clients, which is reflected in the substantial amount of repeat and referral business which has come about, by the results I’ve achieved and the service I’ve delivered.
