sheets library. sheets library, a captivating literary haven situated in the heart of surabaya. this architectural gem redefines the conventional library experience with its innovative design inspired by the simplicity of a sheet of paper. the exterior of the building showcases a remarkable facade that mimics the folds and creases of a well-loved book, symbolizing the unfolding stories within. inside, the modern and inviting space features a vast collection of books across genres, complemented by minimalist aesthetics and strategically placed reading nooks.

brick bin. the brick bin stands as a unique testament to the harmonious fusion of tradition and modernity in the heart of gunungsari village. this waste disposal facility, unlike conventional dumps, embraces a distinctive aesthetic with its stylish brick facade. the exterior is a captivating blend of durable brick and sleek concrete, showcasing a marriage of robust construction and contemporary design. the use of brick not only imparts a timeless charm but also ensures the durability and resilience necessary for a structure handling waste.

forest cottage. nestled within the embrace of a lush forest, the forest cottage seamlessly blends contemporary design with nature, drawing inspiration from ludwig mies van der rohe’s farnsworth house. its exterior showcases clean lines and a simple façade that integrates effortlessly with the greenery. expansive windows erase boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing natural light to flood the interior. the open floor plan enhances fluidity, with minimalist interiors in neutral tones exuding tranquility.

Located in the heart of the Student City of Darussalam (Kopelma), Wat Carong Creative Hub is designed to be a platform for channeling the creativity and aspirations of the youth, particularly for students. Those involved in activities within the Kopelma environment can exchange ideas with the presence of an integrated co-working space along with areas for workshops, seminars, and meetings. Designed to respond to the climate and disasters in Banda Aceh, Wat Carong reflects a robust and resilient creative platform, in line with its name.

bauweda school. bauweda is an elementary school with a climateresponsive design located on jl. candi kidal, blimbing district, malang city, east java. this school surrounded by a residential complex and several vacant lots covered with vegetation in the vicinity. the name “bauweda” is derived from sanskrit, meaning all knowledge or science. therefore, the school is tasked with serving as a platform that can gather all existing knowledge and channel it to the younger generations as the nation’s successors.
