Initial Meeting

We discuss your goals, your past experiences, your timeline and your expectations for the sale of your home

Listing Agreement

We meet in person or remotely to discuss the terms, review and sign the listing agreement

Professional still and video photography, including aerial photos to highlight your home’s location. The property’s launch will include a Wednesday Broker’s Open House for both residential and commercial brokers, a JUST LISTED email, complemented by an ongoing social media marketing campaign to continually drive awareness, reinforced with agent-to-agent outreach on a consistent basis

Escrow to Close

My transaction manager and I set your expectations about “what happens next” by communicating regularly and preparing an updated easy-to-read timeline every week We handle all escrow-related events such as scheduling the termite and building inspections and buyer walk-throughs; we take care of it all for you!

Property Visit

We tour your property together, review recent comparable sales, competing active listings and market trends, and create a plan of action to strategically reach your desired outcome

Vendor Bids

If needed, I will prepare a scope of work for vendors, meet the vendors at the home, and collect bids for your review and approval

Accepting an Offer

Incoming offers are presented to you immediately with my opinion on how to respond: accept or counter I am not in favor of rejecting an offer without having first replied with a counter-offer
