We raised over $18,000 to care for homeless pets!

This year’s virtual “faux” Fur Ball brought together friends for six fun evenings, connecting over our shared love and concern for animals. We heard informative vet talks as well as heartwarming adoption success stories, and we even learned how to make our own pet treats! –If you weren’t able to join in during the event, you can still view each evenings’ videos on YouTube, at Whitman County Humane Society Fur Ball. A Note from Jane

Kitten season is just beginning and there will be many fur babies like mine who will need loving forever homes. If you’ve been thinking about how a kitten could bring joy into your home, now may be the time to talk with the wonderful staff at the shelter.

Also, some kittens will come in without their mamas and they will need good human care before they are ready to be adopted.

That’s where you come in. If you can donate to the shelter, that will keep us supplied with everything necessary to help them grow up to be strong and healthy cats. Thank you!
