the empathy map is an activity that works well for businesses when developing ad considering what customers want and need, in order to create a better product/service/business plan. the empathy map canvas has seven components.

what they need to do differently, things they want or need to complete, decisions to make, success factors what are they saying, what can we imagine them saying what they hear others say (friends, colleagues, second hand) who you want to understand (their situation, the role in that situation) in the marketplace, their environment, others saying and doing, what they are watching/reading what they do today, observed behavior, what we can imagine them doing? pains: fears, frustrations, anxieties gains: wants, hopes, needs, dream consider the empathy map canvas from the perspective as a screenwriter developing a new drama film, one that is unique and free of cliches - your viewer is the customer frequent moviegoers between the ages of 14-40, interested in intriguing stories searching for an original story and sick of the same overdone narratives movies with similar stories, underdeveloped characters and a lack of personal care, the loss of the artistry of film
