Project description

A residential project and sports centre are involved in the this project. The residential project is located at the waterfront. It was designed from the idea of Sunshine and Yachting. It includes two high rise towers, resident clubhouse, outdoor swimming pool and car park. A five-storey sports centre was built, It holds well equipped leisure and sports facilities for local residents. Software used: Cad Stage of the project: Construction work

Responsiblities

• Create tender and construction drawings; • Architectural drawings; • Detailing design; facade detail design; • Application drawing; • Sale brochure and lease drawings; • Collaborate with design team, Building department, Fire department, Lands department.
