Virtual Learning: Your Hours Your Way
Learning Without Tears also has live virtual workshops. Live virtual learning experiences allow you to pick a topic and a time that works for you. You will learn virtually with peers across the country, earn contact hours, and receive the post-event recordings.

HANDWRITING
Handwriting Without Tears® Print (K–2)
Learn how the Handwriting Without Tears printing curriculum uses multisensory, research-based lessons and materials to make handwriting a natural and automatic skill for children of all ages and abilities. Includes explicit instruction for lessons, suggestions for progress monitoring, and a variety of implementation supports.
Handwriting Without Tears® Cursive (2–6+)
Use multisensory, research-based techniques to discover how cursive fits meaningfully in today’s classrooms. You will learn about the developmental teaching order, letter formations, and how connections influence the way letters are formed. Includes multisensory activities, implementation support, fluency development, and personalized cursive instruction.
Handwriting Without Tears® Assessment (K–5)
Get the training you need to assess handwriting skills. You will learn how to administer and score The Print Tool® and Screener of Handwriting Proficiency. The session facilitator will guide you through interpreting the results and selecting strategies to support children in developing their handwriting skills.
Handwriting Without Tears® Certification (K–6)
Join a network of specialists who understand the best practices for teaching Handwriting Without Tears in classrooms, student evaluations, and tutoring. Earn your Handwriting Specialist Certification in this one-day advanced training that includes the Handwriting Assessment Workshop and all required certification steps. Requires completion of the Readiness & Writing and both Handwriting Without Tears Sessions prior to registering.
Dysgraphia (K–6+)
Learn how to use structured, multisensory handwriting strategies to deliver targeted instruction that supports students with dysgraphia. Participants will have opportunities for hands-on practice, professional collaboration, and guided planning to confidently apply these evidencebased routines in their classrooms.

Get Set for School®
(Preschool, Pre-K & TK)
Educators will experience how differentiated, play-based instruction meets students where they are and supports growth across oral language, literacy, writing, math, science, and social studies in preparation for kindergarten. Building Writers: Cornerstones™ (K–3)
Build your understanding of the pedagogy behind Building Writers: Cornerstones while actively engaging with the lessons offered, materials, and digital tools. Through modeling, guided practice, and collaborative discussion, educators will experience what strong implementation looks and sounds like and leave with clarity about how to integrate the writing program into daily instruction.
Phonics, Reading, and Me™ (K–3)
Learn how to deliver differentiated instruction in phonics, morphology, and foundational reading skills to accelerate reading growth and ensure all students achieve proficiency in phonics on grade level. Includes training on the tools to model instruction and the data-driven, personalized supports for students.
