Laser Letters

Children are always amazed by this activity. You can easily catch their attention when you use a small laser. By using a laser, you provide a nice visual to follow while tracing letters in the air. Many Laser Letter formations are included in the Live Teaching Videos located in the Resource section of the Interactive Digital Teaching Tool.

1. Students hold pencils ready to point to laser dot. 2. Teacher points to start of letter and slowly writes a laser letter saying its step-by-step directions. 3. Students follow the laser with their pencils, saying the directions with the teacher.
