This time you will have 2 teachers: Sasha, who will guide you through yoga and Yana, who will introduce you to a variety of energy practices, as well as positive psychology, numerology and more.
This yoga retreat is a unique blend of yoga & energy healing practices designed with intention to open everyones potentials while increasing physical awareness and releasing emotional blockages.
Along 4 days you will be immersed into traditional yoga with modern approach in asanas, which is suitable for all-level yogis. This retreat combine different styles of yoga, meditation, pranayama and energy healing practice every day.

Day 1
Gentle Vinyasa – yoga flow where we slowly move from one pose to another, connecting movement to the breath and enjoying slow deep stretch and relaxation
Pranayama – breath-work practice helping to build awareness to our breathing pattern and increasing depth of each breath, which is key point to effective stress release and achieving peaceful state of mind
Reiki meditation – calming and healing mind and body meditation, helping to recharge our energy
Day 2
Yang & Yin yoga – blends two styles of yoga into one practice – bringing together the benefits of dynamic sequences of standing poses and more relaxing poses holding passively
5 elements movement meditation – is a soul journey, and by moving the body, releasing the heart, and freeing the mind, one can connect to the essence of the soul, the source of inspiration in which an individual has unlimited possibility and potential
Positive psychology workshop – small talk about happiness, our life potentials, dreams and wishes
Aqua yoga – gentle flow-based class in the pool, which incorporates breathwork, mindfulness and gentle yoga/ Tai chi. Those aqua inspired movements enhance mind-body connection, focus, deeper relaxation, while stretching safely
Hatha flow yoga – traditional yoga poses blended into slow flow with attention to individual poses, alignment and mindfulness, to create both strength and heat in the body as well as calmness and stillness in the mind
Chakra balancing Reiki meditation – healing and calming meditation
Day 3
Vinyasa flow – focuses on connecting the breath to continuous dynamic movements between yoga poses, which increases the pace of the class and help to gain flexibility, strength, stability, calmness and focus
Tantra – practice to balance the feminine energy
Numerology workshop – the study of mystical relationships between numbers, letters, and patterns. As in most methods of divination, numerology is a tool that is used to gain a deeper knowledge of the self, others, and how we relate to the world
Moon oracle cards Q&A – this original, easy-to-use divination system and practical introduction to lunar astrology allows to open our mind and get answers from the universe
Yin yoga – allows to slow down, relax, and turn inward, which helps alleviate stress and restore our energy levels. Yin yoga also improves flexibility, boosts circulation, and reduces tension
Healing fears Reiki meditation – practice for body and mind relaxation
Day 4
Blindfolded yoga flow – practice where our eyes are closed using a sleeping mask or a scarf. This brings high level of body-awareness and help us strengthen our proprioception, be more intimately connected with how our body feels and moves
Sadhu boards practice – nail boards originated over 2,000 years ago in India, where similar devices used by yogis are called “sadhu boards” or “bed of nails”. Standing on nails relaxes the body and energizes the person for new achievements
Manifestation Reiki meditation – practice giving the powerful flow to all your intentions made during the retreat
