Welcome to the 2021 HRS Virtual Auction Gala: Camp In! For years, current parents, faculty, staff, parents of alumni, alumni and friends have gathered together to celebrate and support Hamlin Robinson School. This year, our community, near and far, will come together for a virtual event with no less energy and enthusiasm to bid on fabulous items, all in the spirit of raising critical funds to support our students and the educational program at HRS. On behalf of the faculty, staff, and students, we extend a heartfelt thank you as we join forces to ensure Hamlin Robinson School remains synonymous with an exceptional educational experience. We are grateful to the many generous individuals and businesses who contributed items and sponsorships and are honored to be recipients of their support. Our deepest thanks to our families for embracing this unique auction experience, to our advancement team for their efforts to ensure an engaging and fun virtual event, and to our many sponsors and donors without whom tonight wouldn’t be possible. Tonight’s fund-a-need contributions will provide access to the latest technology assets to serve our students and faculty. Technology tools provide our faculty with the resources needed to take their individual and collective teaching goals to the next level. In addition, one quarter of fund-a-need proceeds are automatically directed to the financial aid endowment. Earnings from this endowment provide tuition assistance for students who would not otherwise be able to attend our school. Please give generously so we can reach our goal. We are proud to further our mission and continue to provide a world-class educational experience to students with dyslexia and other language-based learning differences. When you raise your paddle tonight, you are showing your belief in our mission and the future of Hamlin Robinson School. So bid high, and bid often! Thank you for joining this special event – enjoy the evening!

2021 Fund-A-Need Dyslexia = Superpower The HRS program provides students with the foundation they need to be successful and happy in school. At the same time, in order to prepare our students for our ever-changing world, technology is an evolving asset requiring our attention. Our program allows student to flourish, but we have the opportunity (the obligation!) to provide the best resources to our faculty to empower them as they support our students and maximize their potential. Let’s come together and enable HRS students to explore every discipline, inspire their imagination, and allow their creativity to soar! The right educational tools help teachers tap into individual student ability and interest. This year, fund-a-need proceeds will provide access to the latest technology assets to serve our students and faculty. It’s true – we know in-person learning is preferable to distance learning, so the equipment and supplies we invest in this year will be useful in either setting. Here are just a few of the wish list items: • Audio recording equipment • Cameras and Gimbal stabilizers • IPads and plug in keyboards • Noise cancelling headphones • Podcasting mics and portable sound-buffer booths • Adobe Acrobat for faculty • Surface Pros for Level 4 • LEGO Mindstorm Kits In addition, a quarter of fund-a-need proceeds are automatically directed to the financial aid endowment. The financial aid endowment receives contributions in support of need-based financial aid. Help us help our students reach their full potential! $10,000 • $5,000 • $2,500 • $1,000 • $500 • $250 • $100
