• 11:50 – 12:20: Earthing and bonding of solar PV systems. There are many misconceptions around earthing and bonding and this session focuses on earthing and bonding requirements related to solar PV systems.
• 12:30 – 13:00: Commissioning and maintenance of solar PV systems. After a solar PV system has been installed, it will require commissioning before being put into service, as well as being maintained throughout its life, this session will cover these requirements including periodic inspection and testing.

If you’re interested in exploring prosumer installations, you can check out the NICEIC demonstration rig. Learn how to integrate battery storage systems with new or existing installations and discover the benefits of producing and consuming self-generated energy.
We will also showcase our new electrical installation conditioning report (EICR) station, which helps to highlight common issues found when conducting an EICR.
