WHAT WE DO Social Media - Before every show we carry out a detailed social campaign using our following across a multitude of platforms. This includes our magazine platforms where we have a well-established audience. We deliver a range of content, including graphics and videos, made in-house by our digital team, to promote the key benefits of attending our trade shows. When provided, we also like to repost as much exhibitor content as we can too! Regional Advertising - We invest in social media advertising for our show, targeting the audience specifically to suit the venue and location. We’ve had a great response from these and continue to adjust our strategy to improve the results. Website - Designed to be a visual and user-friendly platform, visitors have access to the most important and engaging information about our event, exhibitors and what to expect at the show. Email Marketing - Our marketing team has a well planned out strategy for email marketing, sending multiple reminders and promotions out to targeted databases. Exhibitor Feedback - Both pre-show and during the show, we make it our mission to speak to as many exhibitors as we can, listening to feedback and taking it into consideration for future events. 300k Reach - From all of our efforts in 2025, we proudly reached over 300k automotive professionals via social media, email and website - We hope to beat that for 2026!

Keep an eye out in your inbox and/or junk folder for emails from Yve, which provides the opportunity to get involved in all of the below. Profile summary - If not previously supplied, we will need a hi-res logo, along with a 50 word summary which also includes a link to your website or YouTube channel so we can put this on our website. WHAT YOU SHOULD DO First and foremost be active in the build-up to the show, this means posting more than once being especially active as the show nears. Be sure to shout about your presence across your available platforms and make sure potential visitors are aware you will be attending. Make a noise, generate excitement and make your brand stand out! Think about all you have at your fingertips to use as marketing tools. Consider email, website and social media to name a few. When thinking about the type of materials to use, it’s a good idea to have a variety of mixed media such as videos and images. We also suggest using separate materials for each show location and including your stand number so visitors know where to find you. We also provide all our exhibitors with generic graphics for use across socials and emails to help with pre promotion. You can find these here. Make sure you have taken us up on all that we can offer you as well. This puts you in the best position to be visible and means we are all working together to make the show a success.

ON THE DAY The hard work doesn’t stop on show day! We have a few on-the-day recommendations: Having the correct team with you on the day is of vital importance. Make sure they are engaging, willing to talk and passionate. To ensure a great atmosphere on your stand, why not consider playing music? This can help make you seem more approachable and create a welcoming environment. Be willing to participate in content. Whether through the show team or your own, producing great content on the day should be at the forefront of your mind. This will not only create a buzz surrounding the show but provide you with useful content to use after. Consider images, videos and trends at the time. It’s all about sharing! Be sure to tag our socials into any post you do so it can be shared across our audience. This pushes your brand out further and also helps to generate more interest in the show itself.
