Mexico Annual Conference
Just last month, Judy and I had the special joy of traveling with Bill and Lisa Walker to Torreon, Mexico to attend the 99th annual meeting of our Global Conference Partners, the Mexican Evangelistic Mission. The business sessions were blessed, and the worship times were inspiring.
Please keep our church family in Mexico in your prayers. Rev. Isaias Flores and his wife Elva are working hard to lead the conference well as they strive to plant churches and revitalize existing churches there. The pastors and people of the MEM are precious. The enemy is constantly at work, attempting to sow discord and hinder their efforts. Our people need encouragement and faith to wield the armor of God well as they seek to produce a mighty harvest of souls in the Master’s field.

Continuing Prayer for the C.F.A.N. Conference
Bishop Albert Budiaki and Pastor Henri Kadima in the Democratic Republic of the Congo
As I shared last week, the Lord redirected our steps, and we ended up not going to the Congo at this time. A meeting of pastors and leaders did take place in a town outside of Kinshasa called Kisantu.
Please keep Bishop Budiaki and Henri Kadima in your prayers as their journey home begins later this week – Bishop to Canada, and Pastor Henri to North Carolina There are details regarding Henri’s travel that have become complex regarding his US Passport. Please pray for those things to be resolved so that he may return home without additional difficulty.

And pray for the country of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. There is a growing presence of unrest and violent action, especially near the eastern border of Uganda, Rwanda, and Burundi. Often, Christians are being targeted by militant terrorists, and we need to pray for God’s people to be protected as they worship, serve, and share the gospel.
