2.BN-H20 grades PCBN inserts:semi-interrupted cutting PCBN inserts, economic cutting speed Vc=100-180m / min, fn = 0.07-0.15mm / r, mosaic structure, as follows:
3.BN-H11 PCBN inserts: Continuous cutting, Vc=120-190m/min.Fr=0.1~0.3mm/r, BN-H11 mosaic CBN inserts as above, similar with BN-H11.
4.BN-H21 grades PCBN inserts: Strong interrupted turning inserts, weld edge structure (with the BN-H10);good impact toughness, suitable for interrupted turning more than HRC55 hardened steel. inserts structure similar with BN-H10. 5.BN-S20 grades: Solid PCBN inserts:Halnn exclusive non-metallic binder CBN tools can be formulated roughing and interrupted machining hardened parts.
