After a successful booking – processing time up to a maximum of 3 days – bicycles and e-bikes are available for pickup and return around the clock. Simply hop on and explore Hallein at your own pace!
BOOK ONLINE
• Scan the QR code and fill out the web form
• Send a copy of your ID via email to: office@hallein.com
• On the next business day, we will send you a availability confirmation and the invoice
• After payment is received, you will get your pickup code
• Processing time up to a maximum of 3 days
PICKUP AT THE 24h B ox
• Tourism Association, Mauttorpromenade 6, Hallein
• Click on PICK UP on the screen
• Enter your mobile number
• Enter the SMS code
• The compartment opens – take out the equipment
• Close the compartment completely
IMPORTANT INFOS ABOUT THE BIKE
• The bike number is marked on the frame and the key
• The bike can be locked at the rear wheel using the key – push the lever forward
RECOMMENDATION
Send a photo of the returned and locked bike to office@hallein.com
• For multi-day use: Charging cable included
• The battery can be removed with the key
RETURN
• Return and lock the bike
• Go to the 24hBox – click RETURN on the screen
• Enter your mobile number
• Click RETURN on the screen
• Select TOURISMUSVERBAND OFFICE
• Choose Size M for helmet and charging cable
• Enter the SMS code
• Place all borrowed equipment inside the compartment
• Close the compartment completely
IMPORTANT
If something was forgotten, the process can be repeated, and another compartment can be used.
