With the snowy conditions in place, our roads are becoming icy. Please be reminded speed limits on all Yellowstone Club Roads on property are 25 MPH. Warren Miller Lodge base area is 15 MPH. For your safety and in regards to the safety of others, please adhere to these speed limits. With the abundance of snow this season, we all need to practice defensive driving and complying with speed limits in these conditions.
YC HOLIDAY CLASSIC
Don't skate? No problem. You can be a spectator! This family-friendly event will get you out to see some good, healthy competition. A chili bar and beverages are provided to warm you up and wet your whistle. All interested players are welcome and encouraged to participate. Please email outdoorpursuits@yellowstoneclub.com for more information and to sign up. Please provide your name, age, and ability level. FOOD FOR THOUGHT
Many new employees arrive in Big Sky without knowing how long and cold the Montana winters can be. They are often unprepared without boots, hats, or coats. Many of these new transplants utilize the bus system and may face long waits outside without the proper winter outerwear. Gallatin Valley Food Bank’s Coat Room Program provides gently used outerwear free of charge to anyone in need. These donation items are critical to many families or individuals who find themselves new to the area, often without the proper clothing for the Montana winters. If you have gently used outer wear and/or clothing to donate, please drop them off at the fire station bay. There are designated Food Bank donation bins on the east side of the building, just inside the door. The YC Community Foundation is proud to partner with Big Sky Community Food Bank promoting their Client Services Wellness Coatroom Program to enhance their offerings.
