Designed for all levels, this mindful journey blends breath, movement and stillness in the tranquil waters surrounding The Halcyon. Complete your experience with an artistic underwater photoshoot, capturing unforgettable moments against the vibrant backdrop of our two thriving house reefs.

INTRODUCTION TO FREEDIVING in pool | 1 Hour Basic breathing technique + first breath holds in the pool FREEDIVING MEDITATION for beginners in the sea | 2.5 Hours Guided meditation + breathing and equalization training + first meters down on the line. 2 or 3 or 6 DAY PACKAGES | 2.5 Hours Per Session Each day builds on the one before, tailored to the needs of the student. The main goal is to enable students to explore up to a depth of 10m in total comfort and safety. EXPLORATION After having completed at least 3 freediving sessions, the students and the instructor will take jetskis to explore a wild spot around the Raffles. FREEDIVING PHOTOSHOOT | 2 Hours After basic training on dry land, the guest, wearing long fins and freediving mask, will become a underwater freediving model. FASHION PHOTOSHOOT | 4 Hours After 2h of freediving training, the guest will become an underwater model with complex poses and specific outfit(s).
KIDS PRO GRAMME KIDS 8 AND ABOVE FREEDIVING DISCOVERY | 2 Hours Using games, the instructor will guide the kids to safely perform their first dives with a single breath hold (the maximum depth for kids is 10m). PHOTOSHOOT IN THE POOL | 30 Minutes Amazing memory for the family, and fun time for the kids. PHOTOSHOOT IN THE SEA | 1 Hour Amazing memory for the family, and fun time for the kids during a snorkeling session
FAMILY PRO GRAMME INTRODUCTION TO FREEDIVING in pool | 30 Minutes Basic breathing technique + 30min first breath holds in the pool SNORKELING PHOTOSHOOT | 1 Hour Create memories during a snorkeling trip
SPECIAL PRO GRAMME AQUAPHOBIA | 2 Hours Exclusive progam for people who have a real fear of water. In a few sessions, the guest will be able to go snorkeling or freediving.
