We’ve welcomed the 285th home owner into our community, celebrated the Cup, enjoyed ‘Jazz in the Park’ and who could forget Normie Rowes live set that had us all up and dancing at ‘Concert in the Park.’ Along the way we’ve done the ‘Time Warp,’ competed in the Gold Coast Marathon, sponsored our own bowls tournament and copped a few backhands in the Halcyon Pat Cash Tennis Tournament. Our home owners have collectively travelled over 500,000 kilometres on holidays and adventures, and we’ve built Australia’s first terraced homes in an over 50’s lifestyle community. But most of all in 2010 we’ve shared laughs and had a ball.
