We have a technical team spanning Australia and New Zealand who can mobilise and be in your salon when needed. Whether it is to teach you the features and benefits of a new range of products, help install a new colour range and ensure your team are happy, confident and inspired by your new range, our technicians are the best in the business.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT HOTLINE
We have a technical support hotline that is available for your questions, available Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm (ACST).
If a new client is coming in that you need support with, a colour correction that you want to talk through or have queries on ingredients or potential challenges, our team are ready and able to help you through those moments. We take the guess work out of hairdressing.
