公共服务水平对我国老年人健康状况的影响方式 及其地区差异 —— —基于 CGSS2015 调查数据的实证分析 周超，徐永利，王依明

[摘
要 ] 利用 CGSS2015 调查数据，采用相关性和线性回归分析方法，实证分析公共服务水平对我国老年 人健康状况的影
响方式，并比较东、中、西部地区的差异。 研究发现：老年人健康状况与其 对公共服务水平的满意度显著相关，涉及的公共服 务项目在东、中、西部地区有所不同 ，医疗健康、基本社会服务、社会保障 的 满 意 度 对 老 年 人 健 康 状 况 有 正 向 影 响 ，且 较 为 稳 健。 在我国今后的城乡建设中，应以医疗健康、基本社会服务、社会保障三类作为公共服务的发展重点，完善公共服务体系建 设。 不同地区应根据实际情况，有针对性地制定公共服务发展策略。

Abstract ：Using CGSS2015 survey data and correlation and linear regression analysis methods, This paper empirically analyzes the impact of public service levels on the health status of the elderly in China, and compares the differences in the eastern, central and western regions. The study found that the health status of the elderly is significantly related to their satisfaction with the level of public service, and the public service projects involved are different in the eastern, central and western regions. The satisfaction of medical health, basic social services and social security has a positive impact on the health status of the elderly and is relatively robustness. In the future urban and rural construction in China, medical health, basic social services, and social security should be the focus of public service development to improve the construction of public service systems. Different regions should formulate public service development strategies in a targeted manner according to actual conditions.
