Individual Needs

Our Individual Needs policy supports the needs of all children. We use reasonable adjustments to ensure that all students can participate fully in school life and reach their full potential. We work in close partnership with parents and guardians to build high levels of self-esteem and self-advocacy for children with learning differences, helping them to engage and fully participate in learning opportunities.

The Head of Individual Needs co-ordinates a team consisting of two teachers and a learning support assistant. Our Individual Needs policy is available on the school website here. It is important to make us aware if your child has any identified specific learning needs (e.g. dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD, hypermobility, visual impairments and hearing impairments) so we can provide the best support for them.
