HOLIDAY-hungry trippers no longer need to wait for the January sales to nab a discounted getaway. British Airways has launched its discounts early, with savings on flights and holidays next year.

From now until January 25, holidaymakers can snap up deals to more than 100 destinations,

IS IT really the most wonderful time of the year? Singer Andy Williams may have been telling porkies, according to travel agency On The Beach.

Its research found more than half of us would pick a summer holiday over the festive season, with most of us feeling all “Christmassed out” by 3:30pm on the big day.
