Colonial Auto Center (CMA) Auto service facility · Ground-up construction Ground-up construction of a new auto service facility for CMA's Colonial Auto Center, captured at two milestones: once at framing, before drywall closed the walls, and again at final completion. The model presents the two phases as toggleable floors, so switching between them reveals the same spaces at both stages, from exposed structure and rough-ins to finished facility. The owner keeps a permanent record of what sits inside every wall, tagged for equipment and closeout reference. EXPLORE THE MODEL
Region Ten Avon Corporate office renovation · Two floors Final-stage capture of a $3.7M tenant improvement renovation at Region Ten's newly purchased corporate office building, scanned across two floors totaling more than 21,000 square feet. The renovation included a new conference center, executive offices, and specialty finishes such as wood slat and acoustic baffle ceilings. The completed model was tagged throughout with equipment and closeout information, giving the owner and facilities team a navigable as-built record they can browse, measure, and reference from any browser. CIVIC / EVENT VENUE
Allianz Amphitheater at Riverfront 7,500-seat outdoor concert venue · Richmond, VA Capture of the Allianz Amphitheater at Riverfront, a 7,500-seat outdoor concert venue built for Live Nation on an 8-acre site along the James River in Richmond. Scanning a site this large pushed Matterport well beyond its typical interior use: the capture took over seven hours, covering the stage, seating bowl, concourse, and all back-of-house and interior support spaces in one continuous model, fully tagged for closeout. The completed $22M venue now exists as a navigable digital record from stage door to lawn. EXPLORE THE MODEL

White Gables VI Luxury condominium development · Charlottesville, VA Featured unit from White Gables, a $14.2M luxury condominium development of 14 custom residences adjacent to Charlottesville's Farmington neighborhood. The model shown is one residence from a much larger effort: scanning every unit across four floors of the 58,000-square-foot building over several weeks, processed as both individual unit models and combined views. Each completed residence was captured and tagged as part of closeout, giving the owner a browsable move-in record for every home in the building. EXPLORE THE MODEL
