Class Topic: Motors Diagnostics
Class Objective: This program will focus on understanding the operation of PSC motors, Pulse Width Modulation Motors and X13 Motors, and Variable speed motors.
It will also study how to diagnose these issues with these motors. Students will also learn how to evaluate capacitors

Class Topic: Air Conditioning Controls
Class Objective: In this class we will study Dissipation controls , TXVs, Reversing valves, Highand Low-Pressure cutouts, Thermistors, and Transducers.
Controlling a two stage A/C with a single stage thermostat and the Comfortmaker control board.

Class Topic: Air Conditioning Installation & Start Up
Class Objective: This course is designed for HVAC Professionals who are responsible for proper installation and start up of Air Conditioning systems. Students will learn proper piping, vacuuming, charging, control wiring, and start up checks.

Class Topic: Air Conditioning Service
Class Objective: We will focus on proper use of the psychrometer and thermometer to record and determine unit performance.

We will also focus on the use of factory data in system evaluation. We will cover Compressor evaluation and TXV evaluation.

Class Topic: Basic Electric
Class Objective: This program will take new HVAC professionals from the service panel into the furnace through the door switch to the transformer then the thermostat and back to the control board then out to the contactor.
Students should bring their own multi-meter. They will learn how to use it.
During this early morning class your employees will get hands on meter readings giving them experience on 24 volt, 115 volt, and 230 volt circuits.
They will learn how to determine if the correct power is present and whether the ground is correct. This is a short program with focus on understanding proper electrical supply and nothing more.

Class Topic: Mitsubishi M&P Application and Installation
Class Objective: Students will learn how application and installation of Mitsubishi M&P products along with how to use Linkdrive and the MXZ design tool.
