FACTORY AUTHORIZED DEALER AWARDS

The President’s Award is an annual award presented to a select group of Carrier Factory Authorized Dealers who achieve high scores on a set of criteria established each year by the Carrier brand. The President’s Award uses a weighted matrix that levels the playing field among FAD’s of all sizes.

The award criteria will support and maintain a continual emphasis on sales leadership and on identifying dealers who are model Factory Authorized Dealers.

The following requirements must be met in order for the FAD to be eligible for the President’s Award:

• Be compliant with ALL FAD requirements - see the FAD requirements section on HVACpartners.

• Meet or exceed the required score on the President’s Award scorecard.

The Income Extension program is a dealer loyalty program that can supplement an enrolled Participant’s income beginning as early as age 62. The program is designed for the loyal dealership that aligns its operations and promotions with the brand.

Participants build credit towards the payment of a lumpsum deferred income benefit by continuous Dealer compliance with the Program eligibility requirements, some of which include:

1. Select Carrier as its supplier for at least 75% of its needs for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (“HVAC”) equipment;

2. Be enrolled as a Factory Authorized Dealer (FAD) at the time of enrollment and maintain FAD status;

3. Advertise and identify exclusively with the Carrier or Bryant brand on all Dealer signage, vehicles, websites, and social media accounts;

4. Accurately complete and return annual paperwork;

5. Maintain at least one active accruing Participant in the program at all times;

6. Remain open for business

7. Purchase the minimum level of designated Carrier or Bryant products on behalf of the Participant for a total of at least five (5) years.

A dealer’s total annual purchases of Carrier branded “Designated Products” are reported to Carrier Corporation by the Distributor and, if the Dealer purchases the minimum level of Carrier Designated Product, the Participant received credit toward a deferred income benefit based on the tier levels set forth in the Program Benefit Schedule in effect at the time of purchase.
