Helping Your Dealer Place Orders Through Service Titan
Your dealer can order from Habegger directly through Service Titan. Here are the 2 TM steps to help them get started, once you’ve identified they are using their Service Titan program.
* Dealer must have loaded Habegger’s part numbers as the vendor part number in Service Titan.
TM notifies Habegger IT and provides the email address(es) of customer to receive order confirmations, and CSRs to receive message of new orders received
TM sends customer the 2 minute video on how to setup Service Titan to send xls PO and gives them a custom Habegger email address received from Habegger IT.
Place Your Habegger Orders Through Service Titan
You can now order from Habegger directly through your Service Titan program. Here’s how to get started!

Your TM will notify Habegger IT and provide the email address to receive order confirmations, and the CSRs to receive message of new orders received
Your TM will provide you a 2 minute video on how to setup Service Titan to send xls PO, along with a custom habegger email address to send to.
(1) Dealer sends sample PO from Service Titan to Habegger
(2) Habegger confirms PO was received and processed successfully
(3) Dealer begins sending POs
(4) Habegger CSRs monitor for POs received.
- If any part number or pricing errors CSR corrects part number and pricing on order, converts dealer’s part number to Habegger part # and notifies dealer of correct price and part number.
- Order picking, shipping and invoicing works as usual
