LEVINS
Supplier of the Year
Liz Levins, Gemstar Construction and Development Liz Levins is Account Executive for Gemstar Construction. She has been with Gemstar for more than four years and in the multifamily industry for more than 25 years. “Liz Levins is a standout leader who embodies professionalism, service, and a genuine commitment to others. Through her involvement with the Houston Apartment Association and her role as Treasurer of this year’s Product Service Council, she continues to make a meaningful difference in the multifamily space.” “What truly sets Liz apart is her ability to connect with people. She brings a natural confidence and positivity that makes every interaction feel authentic and engaging. Liz leads by example. Consistently supporting others, representing her company with pride, and encouraging those around her to reach their full potential. Rising Star Supplier of the Year
Mason Storrs, Century A/C Supply Mason Storrs is Territory Sales Manager for Century A/C Supply. Mason joined the multifamily industry after leaving a career in broadcasting, working long hours overnight for an NBC affliliate in Midland/Odessa during COVID. When asked why he thought he was selected for this award, Mason said, “I’ve had so much support. I jumped into this industry head first, came from the news industry of all places, and was looking for a
place to call home. I owe this to everybody who helped me out. The WeDoTrash team, Ally Waste, Century A/C – they’re so awesome. And all of my friends and family in the industry, it’s such a special place.” Mason is an active HAA member and volunteer with the NEXT Young Professionals Committee and he was selected as a member of the HAA Forty Under 40 Class of 2026.
