The National Trust of Guyana was forced to write the Government over the colour change of State House, which is a historical site in Guyana. State House is being repainted green, but according to the National Trust it was not consulted on the colour change, as guided in the National Trust Act, which governs national monuments and historical sites in Guyana (See full story in Sunday’s edition)
