ffective traffic enforcement in Berbice is being compromised by allegations of corrupt policing, although several minibus and hire car drivers have been charged. However, the Division’s Traffic Chief Calvin Brutus said the number of reports of corruption made involving traffic ranks do not support the accusation. See page 2
