RUNNER’S GYM

An active runner easily forgets about muscle condition training and stretching – the main focus being on running! Still it is obvious that one does not improve as a runner by just running, it is vital to pay attention to muscle strength training and maintenance of mobility.

Runner’s Gym is a fitness tool designed for runners, walkers and nordic walkers for muscle strength training in open air and/or indoors.
