Last week Suriname received US$30.88M Signing Bonus, 40% business shares, no payments for exploration, collected full taxes on a 552,000 acres oil block. Guyana’s leaders did not collect a cent for the State’s Kaieteur and Canje Blocks, on Kaieteur which are more than 3 times the size of that Suriname Oil Block.
