GATEDCOMMUNITY
Guyanesekeepout!
Dutch ship builder, SBM is looking for someone to build it a gated community in Guyana. No Guyanese should need any schooling about what that means.
It means that Guyanese must know their place, and stay far from any such foreign property. This is in their own country, with their own prime lands fenced and walled to keep the foreigners safe and secure inside, and prying Guyanese outside.
This is what this country has come to, and Guyanese better get ready for this will be the norm. As more foreigners come to exploit our riches, they want nothing to do with the menacing mass of Guyanese.
So they build these foreign fortresses they call gated communities.

It was on September 14, 2022, when Bascom and his Lawyer, made their first court appearance at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts. Bascom was slapped with three counts of using a computer system to humiliate a person, contrary to section 19(5) (a) of the Cyber Crime Act of 2018. The first charge alleges that on Friday, August 19, 2022, at Hadfield Street, Georgetown, Bascom used a computer system to transmit electronic data with intent to humiliate, harass or cause substantial emotional distress to Superintendent Chabinauth Singh. The two other charges allege that on August 13 and 19, 2022, at Hadfield Street, Georgetown, the detective used a computer system to transmit electronic data with intent to humiliate, harass or cause substantial emotional distress to Superintendent Mitchell Caesar.
The Detective denied the charges that were read to him and he was placed on a total of $300,000 bail. Bascom was charged weeks after he made accusations about an alleged police cover-up in the murder
of Fagundes. He had made a Facebook live accusing several high-ranking members of the GPF of covering-up the findings unearthed in the murder investigation.
In fact, he had made accusations against his superiors at the Force’s Criminal Investigation Department (CID), claiming that they were bribed.
Fagundes was gunned down on March 21, 2021, moments after stepping out of the Palm Court bar on Main Street, Georgetown by two men who emerged from the back seat of a heavily-tinted, white Toyota Fielder Wagon.
Following Bascom’s allegations, the Force had not only denied the claims but had called Bascom a liar and even investigated him for breaching its code of conduct. Nevertheless, Bascom stood by his allegations and publicly stated that he had evidence too.
He had stated, however, that he was fearful for his life and needed protection, which was never provided despite a formal request was made to the President under the Protected Disclosures Whistleblower Act.

From page 23 to win and did it by hitting the first 4 balls for six.
The day was full of excitement with several teams scoring in the 60s including the overall gross winning team of Jessel Mohammed and Avinda Kishore. This team was one of a few teams to record an eagle on their score card. Posting an impressive, combined score of 62-gross but playing off a rare +2 handicap they ended with a net-score of 64 to earn the 4th overall position. A. Subhan and K. Khan rounded off the winners circle with a 3rd place score of 63.
Full List of Winners:

1st Team Patanjilee and Videsh Persaud: Gross 67, Net-59
2nd Team Avinash Persaud and Paton George: Gross 65, Net 62
3rd Team Kassim Khan and Ayube Subhan: Gross 67, Net 63
Low Gross: Team Jessel Mohammad and Avinda Kishore: Gross 62
Longest Drive: Kassim Khan Closest to the flag: Patanjilee Persaud
At the conclusion of this team competition the strong contenders for the month-end GTT Guyana Open are emerging. If Jessel Mohammad is

available, he would be one to watch for the GTT Guyana Open mens title. Jessel is a former USA collegiate and professional golfer who has competed for years in Trinidad and elsewhere against Guyanas two best male golfers, defending Guyana Open champion Avinda Kishore, and 10-time Guyana Open Champion Avinash Persaud. In the middle flight LGC President Pur Persaud and club captain Videsh Persaud and former VP of LGC Brian Hackett are emerging as favorites.
The tournament on the womens side is also very intriguing because the pressure
will be on defending champion Shanella London to fend off Christine Sukraam who was ahead of Ms. London but played a bad final hole to lose in an intense match in the 2021 GTT Guyana Open. Ms. Sukraam will be looking to regain her spot as the best female golfer in Guyana. A position she held for several years and is still the winningest female golfer at Lusignan Golf Club.
LGC vice president Paton George thanked the sponsor Alantic JZ Energy Inc. for stepping up and sponsoring this important event. He also thanked Jessel Mohammad for his commitment to helping to grow the game of golf in Guyana. “Jessels contribution as a sponsor/player/promoter of the game of golf, being a former professional golfer is significant to golf in Guyana”
