Ramnauth, Rampersaud shine in BCB/Arjune Nandu grassroots tourney

The Berbice Cricket Board (BCB) hosted an exciting one-day grass root tournament sponsored by excricketer Arjune Nandu, featuring teams; Port Mourant Cricket Club, Whim, Tain Block Four and the University of Guyana Tain Campus.
In the opening round played this past weekend, PMCC defeated Tain Block four while University got past Whim after national youth batsman Jonathan Rampersaud hit abrilliant92.
In the final which were played in front of a large and vocal crowd, UG amassed 127 for 9 from 15 overs.G.Seenarine43,N.Khan29 and A. Ramsammy 15, the main scorers. M.
