The George Washington University Law School faculty has a proud tradition of producing pathbreaking scholarship, as well as contributing in myriad ways to the local and global community. In recent months, we were thrilled to recognize 13 exceptional members of our faculty for their outstanding academic and scholarly work by naming them to endowed chairs and research professorships.

On these pages, we introduce you to these extraordinary professors. Our new endowed professors are just a few of GW Law’s 100 world-class faculty members who are making a significant difference in the legal academy and across the nation.

GW Law faculty members are frequently called upon to testify in Congress and before hearing committees on their scholarship and research. They publish in top-tier journals and conduct robust research that is frequently cited by Supreme Court Justices in their opinions. Moreover, GW Law faculty members hold top leadership positions in the AALS, the ABA, ALI, and many other professional organizations.
