SMOOTHIE RECIPES Healthy

From my kitchen to yours with just a little bit

Green Power Smoothie

- 1 cup spinach

- 1 banana

- 1/2 avocado

- 1 cup almond milk

- 1 tablespoon chia seeds

- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Berry Blast Smoothie

- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

- 1 banana

- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

- 1 cup coconut water

- 1 tablespoon flax seeds

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour into a glass and enjoy

Tropical Delight Smoothie

- 1 cup pineapple chunks - 1/2 mango - 1 banana

- 1 cup coconut milk

- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut

Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth and frothy. Garnish with extra shredded coconut if desired.

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

- 2 bananas

- 2 tablespoons peanut butter

- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

- 1 tablespoon honey

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Serve chilled.

Creamy Avocado Smoothie

- 1 avocado

- 1 banana

- 1 cup spinach

- 1 cup almond milk

- 1 tablespoon honey

- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Enjoy immediately.

Chocolate Protein Smoothie

- 1 banana

- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

- 1 tablespoon almond butter

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and well-mixed. Serve immediately

Carrot Cake Smoothie

- 1 cup carrot juice

- 1 banana

- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

- 1 cup pineapple chunks

- 1 banana

- 1 cup coconut milk

- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Raspberry Lemonade Smoothie
