EAST CENTER POOL UPDATE Last month, the Board approved the concept plan and Aqua Design International of Tucson was engaged to develop final construction plans. The plans will incorporate findings from Western Technologies, Inc., the firm conducting geotechnical evaluations of the soils in and around the pool and deck. When final construction documents are approved, GVR will distribute a Request for Proposal for bids on a pool that looks like the above illustration.
