Many nations will blink out of existence, their populations to be replaced by people of other cultures by the turn of the next century. It does not matter what type of governance these declining nations are under, liberal democracy or totalitarian dictatorship, the data is irrefutable. Furthermore, it appears there is no solution to the literal death of numerous nations, in the near future, due to lack of population.
