Releasing Stress Naturally
We all have muscle tension that we hold (jaw, shoulders, back, stomach, etc.) Enjoy how TRE (tension/trauma releasing exercises) releases stress and/or trauma related muscle tension held in the body. Six simple exercises are followed by watching how your body has a built-in way of releasing tension that we have suppressed. Once you learn how, you can let the body release naturally on your own. This is considered light exercise. SUPPLIES: Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on, a small pillow, a water bottle, and wear loose clothing.
