Registration Procedures Tour Information Important Notice: Pleasurebent Tours is a third-party company with which GVR contracts to provide tour options to our members. Since these tours occur off GVR property and in busses and small groups, Pleasurebent has its own set of policies they follow. They are currently requiring tour guests to be vaccinated and to complete a Pandemic Consent and Release Form prior to travel. Face masks will be required when appropriate. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Pleasurebent Tour Company: (520) 325-8839 “For the well-being of the entire group, we hope you have assessed your physical limitations accurately. We know that mobility issues will vary. If you require individual assistance, you must be accompanied by a companion who is capable of providing any and all assistance needed for you to participate in our scheduled activities. Neither our personnel nor our suppliers may physically lift or assist clients. If you have any questions about the physical demands of a particular tour please call Pleasurebent Tours (520)325-8839 and speak to them about the matter. Thank you.” Due to the necessity of the tour company, Pleasurebent Tours, to arrange ahead of time and pre-pay for bus accommodations, admission tickets, and meals, no refunds will be issued after the date stated on the reservation confirmation. A travel waiver will need to be signed prior to any tour

Drop-in Policy •

Please check the course description to confirm the class allows drop-ins.

Check with a CSR to confirm the class is active (not cancelled).

Drop-in availability is determined by class enrollment: drop-ins are not accepted in a full class.

Please check with a CSR for any dates that the class will not be held or dates the class may be moved to another facility.

Payment will be made to instructor at the beginning of class by cash or check made payable to GVR. Check the course description for the drop-in fee.

To ensure a seat in class, registration is recommended.

Withdrawals & Refunds Classes may be cancelled by GVR due to lack of enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. If a class you are enrolled in is cancelled, you will be notified as soon as possible and given the opportunity to register for another class or receive a full refund. If you registered online, the class fee will be refunded. Please Note: This is not including the service fee charge. Refunds will be issued if registration is cancelled by the member five (5) business days prior to the class start date. Those wishing to withdraw four (4) or less business days prior to the class start date (not including the day the class meets) will receive a refund, with a $5 withdrawal fee for each class. Refunds will not be offered the day the class starts. If you are unable to attend a class you have registered for, please notify GVR as soon as possible. This allows us to accommodate members on a waiting list. If you paid by cash or check, you will receive an automatic credit on your account, that you then can put towards future purchases with GVR. If you would like to remove the credit and request the amount in a check, please contact a CSR (520) 625-3440. If you paid with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express you will receive a credit on your card. Please allow up to fifteen (15) business days for your refund to be processed. Registration begins Monday, December 6th!

Registration Procedures Early registration is encouraged. By registering early, we are able to give instructors an accurate count of students, and possibly avoid cancellations due to low enrollment.

If the class for which you registered is full, you will automatically be placed on a waiting list for that class, and contacted when there is an opening. Do not attend the class unless your registration is confirmed.

For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express). Please do not send cash through the US Mail.
