The National Competition was made by the Argentinian Goverment to get ideas for low price housing in the context of 2020: COVID. The project makes 4 types of modules for the configuration of 4 families. Within the modules, there’s a posibility of future growth of the house, as the configuration of the cloister won’t change.

The project makes a neighborhood with the chance of evolution without risking the existing layout. The houses are made of steel frame modules, for easy construction and transportation. The residents can build them themselves, and work in the construction process.

Inside the cloister, a vine yard garden is placed so the residents (usually without work because of covid) can make their plantations and then sell them at a local fair or even plant food for the families of the neighborhood. The idea is to provide them not only a house but also work possibilities and ideas to benefit the economy.
