From Me to You his magazine is home to many different topics. This magazine was put together to hopefully distract you from your current worries and stress. Despite the pandemic, global outbreaks, and protest we all still stand together as one human race.

Thank you for the continuous support that is given to Kat Talks. Due to the support, we are going bigger by producing a magazine. Kat Talks is still active and always will be. Blue Magazine volume 1 Spring-Summer 2020 is here for you, this is one magazine out of many more.

It means so much to me that you are apart of Blue Magazine. Blue Magazine hopes to send comfort and love from a distance. We are going virtual for now to obey all rules and regulations. But we hope to get back to normal very soon.

Anastasia Steele

Anastasia Steele (who is played by Dakota Johnson) has witnessed many dysfunctional relationships all her life. This is because of her mother Carla Wilks (who is played by Jennifer Ehle).Carla Wilks is on husband number four. Anastsia does not want to interfere and eventually, she would want to build her own romantic relationship.

Viewers start to notice a dysfunction in the relationship between Anastasia and her mother in the first movie. Anastasia is graduating and her mother calls her to inform her she is not able to attend because her current husband hurt himself.

Anastasia asks her mother if she can come alone, but she chooses not to.

Many critics believe Carla has chosen her love life over her daughter. This makes Anastasia eager to find her own authentic meaning of love. Anastasia did not have a biological father in her life.

Her biologcal father died during an accident in Marine Combat. But she has a father figure who treated her like a daughter of her own. But she was always missing something, a type of loving.

Christian Grey (Who is played

by Jamie Dornan) has also lived a difficult life. Christian’s mother, Ella, was not stable in any way. She was addicted to drugs and worked as a prostitute.

Her life choices caused Christian to live an abusive life as a child because of the men she would bring home. The men she would bring home would beat, hit, kick, and put out cigarettes on his skin.

This caused Christian trauma. As he got older he would get into many physical fights and he drank a lot of alcohol. Nothing helped Christian release his anger. This was up until he was introduced to the lifestyle of BDSM. This was his outlet and this allowed him to control his emotions. But he also needed a type of loving. He was missing a lot, but he was not sure what he was missing.

The Reason Christian and Anastasia both realized they needed each other during an interview.

Anastasia was a shy and awkward girl who did not know much about falling in love, only from the romance literature she read. Christian did not either. But they fell in love without trying. Christian was a demanding person who was difficult to figure out. Anastasia was dedicated to finding the real Christian because this relationship felt right in her heart.

The intimate relationship between Christian and Anastasia had a rough start. Anastasia was a virgin she did not have the experience that Christian did. Christian’s sexual lifestyle was a challenge for Anastasia to get accustomed to. But it intrigued her even more because of the love development that started to occur between Christian and Anastasia.

Throughout the trilogy, each movie developed more into the character and what their aspirations were. They both wanted a life that involved each other. The one topic that sparked a weird and awkward tone in a conversation was the idea of having children.

But they did not know this would tie them together. The love between Christian and Anastasia was fulfilling and enough for Christian. But Anastasia wanted more.

She eventually wanted a family.

Unexpectedly she got pregnant, this changed their lives for good.

Leaving the ending of the trilogy with a satisfying finale. Both Christian and Anastasia began to raise a beautiful little boy and they had another baby on the way.

Many fanatics were disappointed because this meant their lifestyle would change. But if there was no room for change there would be no room for growth. Christian and Anastasia changed and learned the true and authentic meaning of love. The fantasy ended for satisfaction.

Why Blue?

Blue should be the color of the year for you. The color blue represents the sea and the sky. The sea and the sky are associated with big open spaces. These big open spacces should represent big opprtunities and a positive mindsets.

Blue does not only represent opportunities and good mindsets. But this color also represents trust, loyalty, confidence, faith, wisdom, and stability. We all need this form of comfort. We all need a loyal and trustworthy person in our life. Just so that we can have someone to depend on.

When the topic of stability is brought up, do not get scared. Stability is being content where you are right now. You do not have to force or change your life because of others around you.

Being stable is something many of us wish to be. We can achieve this. Think blue.

If you think blue everything will play out the way it needs to happen. The loyal people who need to be in your life will come around and will stay. Your faith and personal beliefs will become stronger. You will be filled with wisdom. With patience, your stable and happy life will develop. Blue is the color of the year for you.

Trust you process. Great things take time. Do not rush into anything, you might miss an important lesson.

Curiosity is something that makes life worth living. If you look at our actual consciousness it revolves around curiosity, ideas, and imagination.

They derive from curiosity.

An object doesn’t have curiosity, it is something we as humans are blessed to have.

At the same time though, when our curiosity is not balanced this can be a contributing factor to our anxieties and stresses.

I am constantly thinking, my mind is always going.

There have been many pros to this trait such as creativity and my “down for anything” impulsive nature.

But recently, I have found that I was unconsciously draining myself. Everything is mental.

Through our mind and body is stability and peace.

Your body can be still but your mind can be running a marathon. Is your mind trusting the universe? Letting go of questioning about your reality?

Recently with the whole pandemic situation, I have let go, and it feels amazing.

I have let go of all expectations from myself. Nothing is in my control. The only thing that is in my control is my body and my mind. Those are the most important things in our lives.

Seriously, I will never put my peace behind anything else in this world.

Home For a While!

Being stuck at home during quarantine was a life changing experience.

My anxiety gave me more anxiety and I started to feel overwhelmed in my own personal space.

I quickly had to adapt to growing out my eyebrows, my hair, and I could not get my nails done.

I had to wake up everyday and deal with myself.

I am my biggest enemy.

I bring myself down because it was a challenge accepting my natural beauty. I started to acccept my beauty because it is mine.

But then I started to feel unhappy because I had limitaitions. My limitaitions consisted of not being able to go out side for a period of two weeks straight. I could not enter any store without a mask.

If I sneezed nobody would say “Bless You�

They assumed I have the virus (COVID-19 or Corona Virus). I get scared to touch anything from outside, I believed it was my anxiety getting the best of me. But I can still panic, I guess.

I am desperate to get back to my everyday life. But when my regular routine was normal such as, work, school, and hobbies I felt drained and I always stated that I needed a break.

I started to feel better after one month of being in quarantine. I started to reach out to family memebers I have not spoken to in a long time. I started to work out and I also started to write how I feel everyday in my journal.

Is quarantine really considered a break? I feel like I have done more work now than ever, maybe.

When I finally came to my senses, I started to realize it was a I started to realize it tough situation does get better. When it comes to binge-watching shows or movies The Office should be your choice.

As a viewer and “fanatic” of this 9 series sitcom, I’m here to tell you it’s worth your time of day. No, not only because I’ve watched the whole series more than 10 times but each episode has a valuable lesson that we all need to learn.

These valuable lessons are put into comical skits, scenes, and scripts. This is so that the viewers understand and cope with the lesson while still being able to laugh and comprehend the jokes.

The jokes made in The Office are very funny.

The jokes allow you to forget about your problems for a few minutes. We can hear about Schrute farms, Meredith’s child and alcohol problem, or creed’s blog.

These jokes and storylines within the series keep the viewers entertained. We start to believe we are in Scranton P.A. and right after work we are going to Chilis.

Ever since I could remember I always found myself in the kitchen. I always knew in my heart I would become a chef. One day I had the passion and willingness to learn what I needed to in this industry.

While I was in highschool I pushed myself to participate in all culinary classes and competitions. I was granted scholarships which have allowed me to get two degrees in my field.

I have worked in many places. This has helped me perfect my craft. Some places I have worked at is Michelin Star Resturant, Agern in grand Central Terminal, and Meyers USA. I have catered events for Bill and Hillary Clinton, Kevin Hart, Martha Stewart, Beyonce and Jay-Z.

I was the first Female Sous Chef for Well Eats at the age of 23 to run my own kitchen with my own staff of over 40 people.

I always created a name for someone else’s business.

Now it is my time to create a name of my own.
