Every year, we need to raise over £4 million to continue delivering our lifesaving service, providing emergency care to people in a state so critical they require the specialist skills of our team at the scene of an incident.
As a charity, we rely on support from individuals like you to continue doing this vital work. Your regular donation through the lottery will help keep us flying, so we can reach more people in need.
People like Stuart, who suffered life-threatening injuries after a fall at work – you can read his story on our website. And young Dylan, whose life we saved following a seizure - watch a video about Dylan’s story.
Each day, we treat around five people just like Stuart and Dylan. Thank you for helping us be there.
Every £1 spent on the lottery is a chance to win up to £1,000. You will receive your lucky numbers in the post, and prize winners are paid automatically so there is no need to claim. Our winners are drawn every Tuesday, and you can see the results on our website here.

This Saturday, 16th of March, is the day of the Great Avon River Litter Pick, where many groups all along the river from Bath to Bristol will work together to make it a fit place for all who walk along the banks. Recent flooding has seen an increase in detritus along the banks and on the flood plain.
If you're free we would love your help. Please come along at 10.00, meeting at the Shedquarters, at ///bind.bars.soon on What3Words. This is down the tip lane from the Whitmore Avenue entrance. Just follow the road right down and round to the left, then go down the lane that leads to a yard with our store at the back. Bring a cup and enjoy a cuppa after

People often ask where they can donate food locally - I am Member Pioneer for Co-op St Anne’s and Broomhill and we have food donation points in both stores. The one in Wyatts View goes to Family Action Food Clubs and the one in Broomhill goes to a food collection at Broomhill Juniors School. Any indate, sealed, nonperishable items gratefully received (no fridge/freezer items).
Thanks!

Beyond
This Sunday with the bible
Every Sunday we have three short passages from the bible to reflect on. There's usually one from the Old Testament - the Jewish bible as well as Christian; one from the life of the early church after Jesus; and one from the gospel stories of Jesus' life.
Have a read Here
We are heading rapidly through Lent and have now arrived at the 5th Sunday which is also known as Passion Sunday. After this week we start Holy Week with Palm Sunday leading us through the sadnesses to Good Friday, the absence of Saturday and the joy of the Day of Resurrection, Easter Day
Why Passion Sunday? We can be passionate about something or someone, indicating strong feelings; but here it’s the root meaning that is highlighted –of suffering and in particular of Jesus’ sufferings both in anticipation and in the actuality of the cross of crucifixion

The Course aims to help Christians think more deeply about what it means to be human.
It provides a structured and accessible way for local groups to engage in and reflect on Living in Love and Faith, a major exploration of Christian teaching and learning about identity, sexuality, relationships and marriage.
The five sessions of the course each address a key question:
* What does it mean to learn together as followers of Jesus Christ?
* How does our identity in Christ relate to sex and gender?
* What kinds of relationships does God call us to?
* Where do our bodies and sex fit into all of this?
* How do diversity and difference affect our life together as a church?
Each session includes an opening reflection about learning together, followed by teaching, time for discussion and Bible study.
