This Sunday with the bible
Every Sunday we have three short passages from the bible to reflect on. There's usually one from the Old Testament - the Jewish bible as well as Christian; one from the life of the early church after Jesus; and one from the gospel stories of Jesus' life.

What to do in a storm
In all our lives there are times of stormy weather - in our relationships, our finances, our purpose and meaning - when we doubt ourselves and begin to believe that we will not survive. In today's story we have a classic example of the many layered meanings of the stories about Jesus - the historical, the physical and always the spiritual. Walking Rugby
