Recoverable resources at the Stabroek Block, offshore Guyana, have moved from eight billion barrels of oil equivalent (BOE) to nine billion BOE, a positive sign for the fledgling petroleum state, Guyana, which is still to realise its full potential in the oil and gas sector.
