‘Determined’ hinterland Global supply chain crisis fuelling 02 students 11 commodity shortages, price increases excel at CSEC Prime Minister Mark Phillips, who is the head of Guyana’s COVID-19 Task Force, on Friday visited the Lethem Immigration Office, which is the official entry point into Guyana from Bomfim, Brazil. Prime Minister Phillips examined the stringent measures that are in place at the border while expressing his appreciation to all the workers stationed there. The border is opened for the importation of cargo on Thursdays and for commuters on Fridays. Persons desirous of entering Guyana must, however, be fully vaccinated and have either a negative PCR or antigen test. Regional Chairman Bryan Allicock accompanied the Prime Minister on the visit.
