After years of neglect, the Ministry of Public Infrastructure has transformed what used to be a mud dam into a modern asphalted stretch of road at Upper Hadfield Street, Georgetown. Residents, who for years had complained about the state of the road, have heaped praise on the government for the work. Minister of Public Infrastructure, David Patterson, said the stretch of road is part of a series of developmental works ongoing across the country
