Ambassador of the United States of America, Sarah-Ann Lynch on Monday paid a courtesy call on Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr Karen Cummings. Among mutual areas of interest, they discussed US initiatives to provide humanitarian assistance to the growing number of Venezuelan migrants, and upcoming elections. Guyana and the United States have continued to maintain a high level of bilateral cooperation since the establishment of diplomatic relations on August 15, 1966.
