Vivimos en el milenio de la mujer perfecta, seguimos un vaivén de modas según preferencias masculinas, altas, delgadas, tonificadas, pero más enrabiadas que nunca si es posible.

La mujer pintora no cae en trampas de crear imágenes según gustos patriarcales, y menos Maria Aparici que con sus patéticas figuras desmitifica el mito de belleza, crítica, y sobre todo cuestiona los estereotipos de belleza hasta ahora “cánones” de una sociedad consumista, donde la mujer es víctima y protagonista, rivalizando con otras por conseguir al mejor “macho”.
