Single-Family Dwelling Located in Arcadia,CA

Early 2022 I was contracted to create as-built drawings for an existing 1-Story 5000 sq.ft. Single-Family home that was to be remodeled with a 1-Story Addition.

I was tasked to create an existing site plan, floor plan, elevations and roof plan for the home. Presented here, are the initial hand-drawn measurements taken for the home by me and the CAD drawings presented to the client.

NOTES ON PLANS:

1.
