S- INTERIOR DESIGN FOR A FAMILY HOME IN COLOMBIA WITH A JAPANESE-INSPIRED STYLE
This interior design project was carried out in a picturesque home located in a quiet village in colombia, designed for a family seeking a cozy and functional home inspired by the elegant minimalism of japanese style. the house, built with a strong emphasis on integrating nature and simplicity, reflects a fusion of traditional and contemporary elements, tailored to the family’s needs and the cultural context of colombia.
The predominant use of wood in the interiors evokes the warmth and serenity characteristic of Japanese design. Local woods were selected for the floors, as well as for wall and ceiling details, creating a harmonious and natural atmosphere. Clean lines and open spaces allow for smooth circulation, while carefully chosen furniture elements follow the “less is more” philosophy, providing a balance between functionality and aesthetics.

M-MINIMALIST EXTERIOR DESIGN WITH RED BRICK AND PAINT
This architectural project focuses on a minimalist house with rectilinear exteriors, situated in an environment surrounded by green spaces and gardens. The combination of red brick and black paint on the facade creates a striking and modern visual contrast, while maintaining a sense of warmth and solidity in the design.
Clean lines and geometric shapes dominate the structure, reflecting a minimalist approach where simplicity is key. Red brick, strategically used on walls and exterior details, adds texture and a touch of rusticity, while black paint enhances the brightness of the surfaces, creating a sense of spaciousness and lightness.
Large windows allow natural light to flood the interior of the home and offer panoramic views of the gardens, subtly connecting the indoor spaces with the outdoor environment. the outdoor living areas, such as terraces and patios, are designed to enjoy the landscape, with minimalist furniture that follows the same modern and functional aesthetic.

This family country house project blends the charm of rustic style with the functionality of a space designed for enjoyment and social gatherings. the property includes a large main house, a smaller house, event halls, a swimming pool, and extensive green spaces, all crafted from natural materials like brick, bamboo, and wood, harmoniously integrating with the rural setting.
The large main house stands out with its brick construction, providing solidity and a rustic feel, while wood and bamboo, used in the roofing and structural details, add warmth and a handcrafted touch to the design. large windows allow natural light to flood the interiors and offer views of the gardens and pool, creating a constant connection with the surrounding nature.
the event halls, strategically located on the property, are designed to host family and social gatherings in a relaxed environment. these spaces feature an open structure, using bamboo and wood as primary elements, allowing for natural ventilation and a sense of spaciousness. the outdoor areas around the halls are adorned with well-maintained gardens and outdoor seating areas.
